Questions and Answers

Question #1 Can you please tell if there is an incumbent? If there is an incumbent, what company currently holds this contract? What is the contract number and value?

Answer #1 There is an incumbent, however their name cannot be released at this time. The previous contract, FA8201-14-C-0022, was awarded to Centeio Associates Incorporated for $71,323.80.

Question #2 Within the SCA Wage Determination, which labor code is this position required for?

Answer #2 01020- Administrative Assistant is reccomended, however this is up to the specific contractor to decide which code to apply to the contract.

Question #3 Because this solicitation is governed by SCA; does the 900 hours include or exclude vacation, holiday, and PTO hours?

Answer #3 This needs to be determined with the dept of labor by the contractor.

Question #4 For the purpose of computing vacation pay; can you please provide the anniversary date of employment of the incumbent employee?

Answer #4 Please reference FAR 52.222-17 Nondisplacement of Qualified Workers.

Question #5 Please confirm projected base period of performance. In section 1.1 (Scope) of the Revised PWS it shows the period of performance as “7 May 2018 – 6 May 2018”.

Answer #5 The new Period of Performance start date will be 15 days after contract award.

Question #6 In section 1.3.1.2 (Duties) it states that the contractor is to arrive at the 75 ABW/XPO office NLT two hours before the SIT is scheduled to arrive. Are these two hours in addition to the 16 hours? Will the contractor be paid for the two hours?

Answer #6 These two hours will be included in the yearly 900 hour maximum, but in addition to the 16 weekly hours.

Question #7 In section 3.1.2.3 (Security Clearance), it states that DD Form 254 is attached w/addendum; please provide location within the solicitation.
