Frozen Sealant Solicitation Questions and Answers:
Question 1: Statement of Work (SOW) states that the frozen sealant needs to be stored at negative 80 (‐80) degrees Fahrenheit (Section 5.1). Will the Contractor need to store the frozen sealant at negative 80 degrees Fahrenheit at their own facility as well?
Answer: Yes, it must be stored at that temperature.
Question 2: Does the frozen sealant have to be shipped at negative 80 (‐80) degrees Fahrenheit?
Answer: Yes, it must be shipped at negative 80 (‐80) degrees Fahrenheit.
Question 3: How is this currently shipped?
Answer: We cannot give out this information as it is one contractor’s method.
