The questions and answers are as follows:

1. Please confirm the smallest door or passage that the oven sections will need to pass through to reach the installation site.

Answer: The door near the first location in the southwest corner is 15ft wide by 11ft high. The door near the other location on the north side is 13ft wide and 12 feet high. Other farther overhead doors in the facility are of similar sizes.

2. Please confirm the ceiling height at the installation location.

Answer: The clearance height at the locations for the ovens are 25ft.

3. Are there any other notable physical restrictions your team would like to note?

Answer: There are a couple barriers but everything will be cleared when the ovens arrive.

4. What is the lowest temperature the oven will need to control at?

Answer: Our lowest cure temperature is 150F

5. With twenty (20) source/probe vacuum pairs, is it desired that these are evenly distributed through the chamber so there are five (5) pairs in each corner of the oven? Or would you prefer ten (10) pairs on each side of the oven chamber, located towards one end of the chamber?

FA812522Q00590002

Answer: Split the probes 10 per side evenly distributed.

6. Are all twenty (20) source vacuum lines controlled together at one (1) vacuum setting always? If not, are they to be set up in groups (if so how many) or do you require per port control of all twenty (20) ports?

Answer: The lines can be controlled by one vacuum system

7. What is the maximum number of steps/segments required per recipe?

Answer: The maximum I have seen so far is 6 steps.

8. Are the heating and cooling rates specified within the updated SOW to be achieve with an empty oven chamber or calculated with a load?

Answer: Calculate the temperature of the air with the load.

9. Will the 10 F/minute and cooling rate be required to and from the maximum operating temperature of 500 F?

If so, this process appears to require roughly 900 kW, which would put the full system FLA around 1,200 Amps.

Is this what is expected from the base?

Answer: The oven specs will be kept the same, we can prep the area for the 12000 amp as long as it can meet the heating requirements initially laid out. The oven will be electric.

10. There is a statement in 3.1.18 that notes External Services and Shipping and Training/Sale Support (5 Year).

Could we get a clarification on what is being requested with each of these items?

Answer: Please refer to section 4 for clarification. Contractor shall be responsible for providing transportation to 9001 as well as any personnel, equipment, tools, etc. needed to complete installation. Contractor shall offer 5 year after-sale support package. Including but limited to, telephone support, annual software upgrades, Annual preventative maintenance checks

11. For barcodes, will you require a 1D, 2D, or other scanner?

Answer: 2D scanners

12. Location of ovens in building?

Answer: First location is on the SW corner of 9001 and the second is on the north side of 9001.

13. Will the exhaust stacks be routed through the roof or wall? If through the roof how high is the building?

What is the roof type on the building?

Answer: The exhaust will be routed through the roof.

14. How high is the building (Inside and Outside)?

Answer: The height of the building is around 25ft inside and 28ft outside.

15. Paragraph 3.1.17 o the specs require Add-ons: 1 PC for vent and vacuum. Does it mean PC (computer) to control vacuum and vents only? What are you referring as vents? Is the PC and Controller PLC required per oven or one PC and Controller PLC for both ovens?

Answer: There should only be one PC per oven controlling all aspects of the oven

16. Are there any vacuum control in the oven controls such as vacuum transmitters?

Answer: Yes there should be vacuum controls, whatever controls that are recommended.

17. Please explain 5 year customer support

Answer: Customer support should include phone support. Preventative Maintenance/Remedial Maintenance will be sought out on another contract.
