About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for providing Hardness Maintenance/Hardness Surveillance (HM/HS) test support and equipment maintenance services for the Portable Hardness Surveillance Test System (PHSTS) used on the B-2 aircraft.
The key requirements include: providing preventative and remedial maintenance on the PHSTS equipment; supporting LLCW testing with the Air Force HM/HS test team; preparing, coordinating, shipping, and receiving the PHSTS system; providing monthly status reports on government-owned assets; and adhering to quality, safety, and customer service requirements. The contractor will be responsible for all services except for the government-furnished PHSTS equipment. The PWS includes details on government property management, reporting, and contact information. This PWS is related to a pre-solicitation for a federal contract opportunity with the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Tinker AFB to acquire B-2 HM/HS testing services. The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources with the necessary expertise and capabilities to meet these requirements.
