COMMENT FORM - INDUSTRY RESPONSE

DMSMS Predictive Tool

Ref# FA8109-20-R-0002 Draft Request For Proposal THIS FORM HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR INDUSTRY TO EFFICIENTLY COMMENT ON THE DRAFT Request for Proposal (DRFP). YOUR COMMENTS ARE REQUESTED TO BE SENT TO THE C.O. BELOW.

WHILE THE DMSMS TEAM ENCOURAGES INDUSTRY COMMENTS, WE WANT TO HIGHLY

DISCOURAGE SUBMISSION OF "MINI" PROPOSALS IN RESPONSE TO THE DRAFT RFP. THE DMSMS

TEAM IS NOT REQUESTING, NOR DESIRES, "MINI" PROPOSALS, I.E. LENGTHY RESPONSES

BOUND IN BINDERS OR PLACED ON CD-ROMS. THE DMSMS TEAM DOES DESIRE BRIEF,

CONCISE AND CLEAR RESPONSES IN ORDER TO MAKE INFORMED IMPROVEMENT DECISIONS

FOR THE FINAL RFP WITH THE GOAL OF INCREASING COMPETITION AND RECEIVING QUALITY

INITIAL PROPOSALS. WE WOULD PREFER ONE SUBMISSION FROM POTENTIAL PRIME OFFERORS

INCLUSIVE OF CONTEMPLATED SUBCONTRACTOR(S) RESPONSES RATHER THAN MULTIPLE

SUBMISSIONS BY OTHER THAN POTENTIAL PRIMES.

FOR ADDITIONS TO THE FORM, PLEASE ADD INSERTED ROWS UNDER THE APPROPRIATE DRAFT RFP SECTIONS PRECISELY FOLLOWING THE DRAFT RFP FORMAT, I.E. SEQUENTIALLY FOLLOWING THE

SECTIONS AND PARAGRAPH NUMBERING.

THE DMSMS TEAM HAS PARTICULAR INTEREST IN SMALL BUSINESS GOALS SET FORTH IN SECTION M,

2.2.3.1. ON ITS DECISION MAKING FOR THE FINAL RFP.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND EFFORT IN ASSISTING THE DMSMS TEAM IN DEVELOPING

A QUALITY FINAL RFP PRODUCT FOR YOU, OUR CUSTOMER, TO POTENTIALLY PROPOSE

AGAINST. YOUR COMMENTS ARE REQUESTED TO BE SENT TO THE C.O. BELOW WITHIN 1 WEEK OF POSTING Joshua Westmoreland
