About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document dated February 4, 2025, for an Enterprise Security Services (ESS) requirement from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Tinker AFB. The document clarifies that ESS is a new stand-alone requirement without an incumbent, though there is a related CLIN 0007 on parent contract 47QTCA18D00G6 under order FA2318-24-F-B008, currently held by SysNet Technologies, Inc. through GSA MAS.

The Q&A establishes that responses to the Sources Sought Synopsis are due March 3, 2025, at 1:00 PM CST, and there is no specific format or page limit requirement for submissions. The document references a Contractor Capability Survey dated February 3, 2025, which was inadvertently omitted from the original distribution. Points of contact for additional questions are provided, including Jocelyn Johnson, Juan Carlos Escobar, and 2nd Lt. Sara Wine.

Date Vendor Questions Government Answers

2/4/2025 Request the Government to provide the Incumbent Vendor’s Name & the contract number (which is currently underperformance)?

The ESS requirement is a new stand-alone requirement and therfore does not have an incumbment or contract number.

However, the Government (AFLCMC/HBDH) did have a CLIN on parent contract: 47QTCA18D00G6 and under order number:

FA2318-24-F-B008. The order that includes CLIN 0007 was awarded through GSA MAS to SysNet Technologies, Inc. Please note that each order is a recompete through GSA. No further information can be provided.

2/4/2025 What is the total award value (size) of the current contract, which is presently ongoing by the Incumbent vendor?

The current parent contract is administered by C3BM/C3MK (formerly AFLCMC/HBMK). The current parent contract includes other requirements that will not be inlcuded on this new stand-alone ESS contract (if a solicitation and award are made).

Therefore, the dollar amount for the order that includes CLIN 0007, would not be an accurate representation of the scope of this ESS requirement.

Provide information as to what the Government is specifically looking for in the SS response or how to format the information. Is there a page limit, or any specific format as to questions or capabilities that you are looking to have addressed? For the similar services is there any format you would like to have these in?

Customer, value, period of performance, Gov POC information, and how man, etc.? Up to 3 or something like that?

The Government inadvertently left off the SSS document dated 3 Feb 2025, that includes a Contractor Capability Survey. There is not a specific format or page limit required when submitting your response to this document. Any other information that was questioned should be answered within the attached document. If further questions are needed please reach out to Jocelyn Johnson at jocelyn.johnson.2@us.af.mil, Juan Carlos Escobar at juan.escobar@us.af.mil and 2nd Lt. Sara Wine at sara.wine@us.af.mil

2/4/2025 Please confirm that the due date is Mar 3rd at 1:00PM CST. Correct. The due date is 3 March 2025 at 1:00 (1300) CST.
