This document is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) for Access Control System (ACS) maintenance and repair services for the United States Air Force. The market research survey is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a binding solicitation or promise to issue one in the future. Potential contractors must provide documentation supporting their capability to repair Access Control System equipment, including Avigilon systems and associated hardware such as cameras, access points, and doors. The government seeks sources with production data, repair data, expertise, and experience meeting qualification requirements. Respondents should address their facility capabilities, past project experience with similar complexity, repair and maintenance procedure development experience, logistical capability for geographically separate locations, Authority to Operate (ATO) and FISMA compliance package preparation experience, server maintenance and replacement expertise, system consolidation project execution capability, and commerciality of offered products and services. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate, with joint ventures and teaming arrangements permitted. Responses identifying areas of work suitable for exclusive Small Business set-asides are requested. Email responses must be received by close of business on March 23, 2026, addressed to Contracting Officer Michael Shand at michael.shand@us.af.mil.
