Attachment 7 Revised Statement of Work 20 July 2022 Hangar 1 – Paint Offices Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB) Washington, D.C. 20032
1. SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of all labor, equipment, and materials to paint the selected offices, briefing room, and processing area/s for the Passenger Deployment Function (PDF) in the Installation Deployment Reception/Processing Center (IDRC). This facility was the first hangar on the installation and the goal of the project is to renovate the spaces in a manner similar to the original finishes. Work includes: move furniture & equipment necessary to complete the work and move back into position when work is completed, repair wall surfaces; patch small chips and nail holes; texture as necessary; all areas with wallpaper will need wallpaper removed and walls skim coated, primed, and textured as necessary to match areas without wallpaper, paint all areas with two coats of semi-gloss/satin finish paint, and strip existing paint from interior trim (door casing and base) and doors (including door frames) and refinish with stain.
1.a Submittals – the contractor shall submit the following information to the Contracting Officer for approval prior to installation:

| -- Stain color options available for the Government to make a color selection |
2. Overall Project Management 2.a Program Manager – The contractor shall provide a fully qualified on-site manager who shall be responsible for the performance of the work. The name of the person and all alternates shall be designated in writing to the Contracting Officer. The project manager shall have full authority to act for the contractor. The project manager shall be on-site during normal work hours and for contingencies requiring work beyond normal work hours.
2.b SCHEDULE: The contractor shall furnish a moving schedule for approval 3 calendar days in advance to Contracting Officer/Representative. Contractor shall notify the contracting officer of changes to the schedule 2 days in advance of the scheduled day concerned.
2.c Period of Performance: The contractors shall completed all task within this project during the period of performance of 90 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
2.d Timeliness is a priority for this project. Upon receipt of Notice to Proceed, the contractor will notify the Project Manager within three working days so the government can move non-relevant existing equipment so that it will not interfere with the contractor’s work.
2.d.1. The contractor shall commence all specified work starting from the notice to Proceed.
2.d.2. The contractor shall provide the Project Manager with a schedule of work within 3 working days of the Notice to Proceed. The schedule is subject to the approval of the government.
2.c.3. Normal daytime business working hours will be 0700 to 1600 Monday through Friday. If the contractor wishes to work at nighttime or during other unscheduled times, contractor must obtain permission from the Contracting Officer/Representative. If access to the facility/job site is closed due to authority instructions or due to inclement weather the contractor will be given recovery days to complete the job at the JBAB.
