MEMORANDUM FOR POTENTIAL OFFERORS FOR FA7037-19-R-A001

SUBJECT: Vehicle for 8(a) Acquisition of FA7037-19-R-A001
1. Currently, a DRAFT Request for Proposals is featured on FBO.gov at FA7037-19-R-A001.
2. On the morning of 9 April 2019, I received two phone calls asking which 8(a) vehicle the Government would be utilizing for the requirement posted on FBO.gov with number FA7037- 19-R-A001.
3. Should the Government choose to solicit this requirement, it will be done through FBO.gov.
Other contracting vehicles will not be considered.
4. This is a clarification to Industry and should not be construed as a guarantee that either the Government will post this requirement or that an award will be made from any potential posting in the future.
