About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) response sheet for the DC3 SETA Follow-on Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Professional Support Services solicitation. The Q&A was issued on 24 April 2026 by Contracting Officer Joycelyn Roux and Contracting Specialist SSgt Cole Santee as Series Number 1.

The document addresses two clarification questions from prospective contractors. Question 1 concerns document safeguarding requirements, asking whether the Government would modify safeguarding obligations given that work occurs in Government-provided facilities with no remote work authorization. The Government's response clarifies that all individuals remain responsible for safeguarding documentation ranging from CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) to classified materials, regardless of work location. Question 2 addresses the number of required key personnel resumes, with the Government clarifying that only one key personnel resume is required for submission, as only one key personnel position is mandated for both base and option years. The Government also reminded bidders that the base year consists of 8 FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents) and option years consist of 5 FTEs.
