1. Regarding the need for separate buildings/rooms for the cadets, do you have an estimate of the number of male and female participants?
Response: There will be 200 male and female Cadets per the performance work statement. The number of male and female are unknown until about 14 days prior to the event.
2. What—if any—is the preferred layout for the large meeting room for the general session and for the Protestant Service?
Response: Per the performance work statement, there is no preference for the layout only the requirement for the equipment requested.
3. Would you like the small breakouts with tables for 8-10 cadets to take place in the large meeting room or would you prefer separate breakout rooms? If separate breakout rooms are preferred, what is the preferred capacity for each breakout room?
Response: Per the performance work statement, small breakouts with tables for 8-10 Cadets may take place in the large meeting room.
