About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) regarding a planned solicitation for glass cleaning services at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado. The solicitation will establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for future glass cleaning orders, rather than a specific contract for services. The BPA will be a 5-year agreement open to multiple Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The BPA will allow USAFA to place orders for glass cleaning services on an as-needed basis, with details such as building locations and square footage provided when orders are placed. Vendors will submit a pre-priced list of services that can be applied to any USAFA buildings. The RFI responses provide additional details on the planned solicitation, including that funding will be obligated only for placed orders, anchor points for multi-story buildings are available, and contractors may use USAFA utilities for performance.
