About this file

This document contains the responses to a Request for Information (RFI) for glass cleaning services at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). The RFI is for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for future glass cleaning orders, rather than a specific contract for services. The BPA will have a 5-year ordering period, and the government intends to award multiple BPAs. Respondents should provide a flexible price list that can be applied to potential orders for any building at USAFA. Key details include that the solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, and funding will only be obligated for individual orders as they are placed, rather than the full BPA ceiling amount. The RFI responses provide additional information about the scope of work, building details, utility usage, safety requirements, and other contractual terms.
