Amendment 2

Question & Answers

1) Q: Atch5_Likely_Awardable_Task_Order_PWS identifies requirements for one (1) contractor employee. Is it correct that the government is seeking one (1) contractor resume in response to Atch5_Likely_Awardable_Task_Order_PWS?

A: That is not correct. The government is looking for a response that will best perform the tasks as stated. The Offeror should determine the appropriate Full Time Equivalent(s) (FTE) to perform the tasks.

2) Q: Is it correct that the government is asking offerors to submit pricing information within the Technical Proposal?

A: Yes. In accordance with ADDENDUM TO 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (d) (2) (ii), “Pricing is required and shall be IAW the offeror’s A&AS Contractor Proposed Labor Rate Pricing Schedule…”

3) Q: May offerors submit less than four (4) citations?

A: Offerors may submit no more than four (4) citations.

4) Q: Per FAR 52.212-3, The offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the Offeror has completed the annual representations and certification electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM). Subsequently, if an offeror's SAM record is current and complete, it is standard practice to submit a statement that certifies this status.

In addition to this statement, is the government requesting a full copy of the completed and current Representations and Certifications?

A: No. If the Offeror completes paragraph FAR 52.212-3 (b)(2), the government is not requesting a full copy of the completed and current Representations and Certifications.

Submission of the completed section with the offer serves as certification to status.
