Potential contractors and other attendees present are listed on the attendance sheet (Attachment1).

2. The site visit began at 1:00 P.M. with Mr. Chad Miller, Contract Specialist, giving an overview of the rules of engagement for the site visit. Following the initial briefing, the bus departed for the project site.

3. Once on site at the first location (bldg 2170 Cadet Gym) the attendees were greeted by representatives from CES, Mr. Rick Hiltman and Mr. Randy Zimmerman. Mr. Hiltman gave a brief overview of the project. He stated bldg 2170 had two locations that are addressed in the solicitation and SOW in regards to CLINs 0003 & 0004. After the brief overview, all attendees were shown both sites at this location.

The following items were discussed by Mr. Zimmerman at the first location (CLIN 0004) of bldg 2170:

a. This site only requires the removoal of insulation around the pipe. The pipe at this location is not being replaced.

b. The amount of insulation to be removed is roughly a 6 foot section around a ¾” pipe.

c. In regards to the 6 foot section, part is exposed in the hallway (roughly 4 feet) with the remaining amount located inside room A221 (roughly 2 feet).

The following items were discussed by Mr. Zimmerman at the second location (CLIN 0003) of bldg 2170:

a. This site only requires the removoal of insulation around the pipe. The pipe at this location is not being replaced.

b. This location currently has a Contractor working in it.

The following items were discussed by Mr. Zimmerman at bldg 2348:

a. The work at this location is addressed in the solicitation and SOW in regards to CLIN 0002.

b. This site only requires the removoal of insulation around the pipe. The pipe at this location is not being replaced.

c. Insulation at this site is being removed due to a leak. There will be repairs to the pipe but that is not part of this requirement.

The following items were discussed by Mr. Zimmerman at bldg 8122:

a. The work at this location is addressed in the solicitation and SOW in regards to CLIN 0001.
