2. Can the awardee dispose of the sewage waste into the USAFA water treatment plant
(assuming there is one) or does it need to be transported off site?
RESPONSE: The Contractor shall dispose of all waste off-base. See revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 15 April 2013, paragraph 1.1.2, incorporated with Amendment 01 to the Solicitation.
3. How many Portable Handicap Toilets would be needed at any one time typically?
RESPONSE: The number of Portable Handicap Toilets needed at any one time is historically ten to twenty when we have overlapping requirements.
4. Can we leave multiple vehicles, trailers on site at the storage lot?

5. Reference: Attachment 2, Pricing Sheet, ELIN A007 states, “Provide contractor owned toilets at Saylor Park to support Combat Survival Training.” with a quantity of 500 units.
a. Is this 500 units services or toilets?
RESPONSE: Services.
b. Saylor Park is 40 miles from the Academy with the last 15 miles on unimproved forest service roads. How many toilets are used in that area and what is the service schedule? Refer to
Appendix A for Saylor Park workload data for estimated quantities and service schedule.
RESPONSE: Refer to Appendix A for Saylor Park workload data for estimated quantities and service schedule.
Solicitation FA7000-13-R-0007
6. Reference: Attachment 2, Pricing Sheet, ELIN A005 is for the cleaning of toilets on the
Academy and at Farish. Farish is approximately 30 miles, one way, from the Academy. Driving that distance would require additional transportation costs that a contractor would not experience at the Academy. Would you consider establishing a separate ELIN for the service of units located at Farish?
RESPONSE: No, transportation costs should be factored in with service of all units.
7. Reference the pricing of ELIN X006, "Provide contractor owned portable toilets on an emergency basis (within 2 hours after notification) as requested by the COR." What should the price reflect? (e.g. daily/weekly/monthly rental?)
RESPONSE: Item 0006 is for delivery of units within 2 hr. timeframe. Length of rental will vary depending upon circumstances and will be covered under Item 0005.
