Answer: Yes

2. Question: 2) Has an existing LBP or ACM report been performed on B401? If so, is it available for distribution?

a. Should we assume the seed project does not include the abatement of LBP or ACM?

b. Should we assume the need for LBP or ACM testing?

Answer: All ACM was removed from this facility and none of our records shows LBP.

3. . Question: 3) We anticipate using the same sub panels for the washer/dryers. The existing breakers will remain. Please confirm.

6. Question: 6) Sewer: Please indicate the size of the sewer line to be replaced.

a. Is it known whether there are any other connections to this sewer line?

b. Is it known how many cleanouts will be required in the new line?

7. Question: 7) Performance: Please confirm whether the performance period includes the design time.

a.Please note that if As-Builts are not available, and the design is intended to be within the project 120 calendar days, this project may not be possible. Creating new drawings of an existing building is tedious and time consuming.

Answer: Design time is part of the propsal time and would not count against the 120 as that needs to be complete before the task order is signed. With SABER the days to complete the project are negociable item as well. For this seed project we are not looking for a finalized project. Once a technically acceptable contactor is selected for award, the task order will be negotiated to arrive at an agreed amount, scope and performance period.
