About this file

This is Amendment 0002 to Solicitation FA665626B0003, issued by the Air Force (FA6656 - 910 AW LGC, Youngstown Warren Airport, Vienna, Ohio) on June 24, 2026. The amendment adds two Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses to the solicitation.

The first clause added is FAR 52.211-12 (Liquidated Damages-Construction, September 2000), which establishes that if the contractor fails to complete work within the specified contract time, liquidated damages of $350.00 will accrue for each calendar day of delay until work completion or acceptance. Liquidated damages continue to accrue if the Government terminates the contractor's right to proceed and are in addition to excess repurchase costs under the Termination clause. The second clause added is FAR 52.228-1 (Bid Guarantee, September 1996), requiring bidders to furnish a bid guarantee in the form of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, postal money order, certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Treasury Department-approved bonds or notes. The bid guarantee amount shall be 20 percent of the bid price or a specified dollar amount, whichever is less. The Contracting Officer will return bid guarantees to unsuccessful bidders after bid opening and to the successful bidder upon execution of contractual documents and required bonds. The solicitation number was updated from FA665626B00030001 to FA665626B00030002. Contact information is provided for Patrick Nalley (patrick.nalley@us.af.mil, 330-609-1046) and Joseph Perry (joseph.perry.14@us.af.mil, 330-609-1212).
