Is concrete demolition going to be allowed during normal work hours? A hammer on an excavator or skid steer will be used and they make quite a bit of noise.
Answer: All work authorized during normal base work hours of 0700 to 1700 hrs.
(Base personnel can wear ear plugs)
Sec. 26 electrical
Specifications index lists section 26 electrical, but there is not a section 26 specification included. Should there be a electrical spec section?
Answer: Specification for Section 23 and 26 seem to have been omitted when printing.
Attached are those specifications for your use.

Door 219 listed in the door schedule. Is this the door that is getting modified for the new ADA ramp or was the intent to replace the door on the non ADA side of the vestibule also?
Answer: The existing aluminum outer door where the new handicap ramp is to be constructed is to be removed/modified as well as the middle section of glass (recut to new size or replace). Existing aluminum door frame to be re-installed at proposed new door height. Refer to detail 3/A4 on A4.

Also for door 219 it calls out as hollow metal in the schedule. In the site visit both doors to the 219 vestibule looked to be aluminum. Please advise as what type of material they are to replaced with.
