Solicitation Notice #: FA664824Q0003
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FOR RGF ULTRASORB® WATER TREATMENT UNITS
Number Offeror Question Government Answer 1 Due to the age of the of the units, we would like to request the maintenance reports for the previous three years of the contract -if not, at least the last 12 months if possible.
The Monthly Maintenance Reports from Jan 2023- Dec 2023 are provided. Please see Attachment 1 -Response to Question 1
2 Do you have any copies of past waste shipping documents available for review?
Yes. 2 combined redacted Manifests have been provided. Please see Attachment 2- Response to Question 2
3 We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
This is a follow on Service contract.
The current/previous contract number is FA664820C0008 which is available to the public via www.fpds.gov
4 Any details shared during site visit that would assist those who could not attend?
Yes. The following details were shared during the site visit:
• RGF units located at the
Transportation and FANG Facilities are set up as above-ground oil/water separators and do not recycle the waste water.
• The unit at the Transportation Vehicle Washrack gets the most use and will require the most maintenance.
• The unit at the Fire Station is only partially in use – HARB keeps the oil/water separator portion active, but http://www.fpds.gov/ the full system is not operational – future facility repairs need to be accomplished before the system can be fully put back into use
• Non-hazardous waste disposal is the responsibility of the contractor and such waste must be disposed of properly. HARB CEV can help coordinate to escort waste haulers if necessary. All storage drums and materials are the responsibility of the contractor.
• CEV at HARB will like to obtain a sludge sample from the first monthly service; this will help ensure that the sand/sediment accumulated is non-hazardous material.
