About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for a Lodging Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) solicitation issued by the Department of the Air Force. The solicitation (FA663325Q0007) seeks to establish multiple 5-year BPAs for lodging accommodations for members of the 934th Airlift Wing in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with facilities required to be located within 15 miles of the Air Reserve Station.

Key details include estimated lodging needs of 100-150 rooms per night for the 934th and 75-90 rooms per night for the 133rd, typically during Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends on the first weekend of each month. The BPA will start between July 1 and August 1, 2025. The government is seeking direct agreements with hotels, not third-party vendors, and is specifically interested in hotels within Minnesota. Quotes should be submitted via email to Jessica Ferris and Mikkael Hahn, with a completed attachment and capability statement. The solicitation specifically notes that Women-Owned Small Businesses can submit quotes, and multiple properties from the same owner can be submitted in a single email.
