About this file
This is a memorandum issued by the Air Force Reserve Command's 934th Contracting Flight to correct an error regarding the Period of Performance (PoP) for Solicitation #FA663325Q0001. The memorandum clarifies that during a scheduled site visit, the Contracting Officer incorrectly stated the PoP as 120 days, when the correct performance period is 45 days from Notice to Proceed (NTP), as specified in Statement of Work paragraph 2.3 and Solicitation Standard Form 1442 Block 11.
The solicitation is for maintaining an Aircraft Apron and portion of Military Highway at the 934th Airlift Wing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a 100% Small Business set-aside with an estimated value between $100,000-$250,000. The opportunity is being conducted as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement under FAR Part 13.106-2, and contractors must comply with Buy American Act requirements and the Hennepin County, Minnesota wage determination.
