1. Please post a key for the parking lot or call out placement for devices.

WARB Response: All the information needed is on Sheet E-110.

2. Are Scaled Drawings available, if so please post.

WARB Response: E002 is the only scaled drawing and is included with the solicitation package.

3. Are Ceilings Suspended? Or Hard Lid?

WARB RESPONSE:This is all exterior work. Drawing 04 "E-100 Facility 8840 Elec Drawings" related to interior work was included in error and will be removed via amendment to the solicitation.

4. Are there existing Cable Trays for wiring above ceilings?

WARB RESPONSE: This is all exterior work. Drawing 04 "E-100 Facility 8840 Elec Drawings" related to interior work was included in error and will be removed via amendment to the solicitation.

5. Can Existing Wiring be utilized?

WARB RESPONSE: See the SOW Para 4.2.

6. Is a “UPS” required? If so, What Time/Power Duration is required?

WARB RESPONSE: The solution to the issue discussed in SOW para 3.1.5 needs to last 8 hours minimum.

7. Are “Or Equal” Equipment substitutions allowed?

WARB RESPONSE: No manufacturer-specific equipment was specified.

8. Is “Plenum Wire” acceptable?

WARB RESPONSE: This is all exterior work. Wiring should be per the system manufacturer’s recommendations.

9. Is “After Hours Access” for said work, available to contractor at no add’l cost to the Gov’t WARB RESPONSE: SOW Section 4.4 Working Hours and Restrictions: The work hours for this project are 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday excluding all Federal Holidays.

10. What is the height of Exterior Cameras? (If any) WARB RESPONSE: Cameras are not in the SOW.

11. Please provide/post other “Q & A” requests.

WARB RESPONSE: Any updates to the solicitation package including Q&A's are updated to the solicitation notice posted on SAM.gov.

12. Please provide a list of equipment to be installed WARB RESPONSE: The Contractor/Offeror is to propose a system as part of this RFP.

13. Are there pipe chases between floors?

WARB RESPONSE: This is all exterior work. Drawing 04 "E-100 Facility 8840 Elec Drawings" related to interior work was included in error and will be removed via amendment to the solicitation.

14. What is the range of the budget for this project, and is it already appropriated?

WARB RESPONSE: IAW FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Funds are available.

15. Because of the high cost of the parts can we bill when parts arrive on site, or in the alternative are progress payments allowed?

WARB RESPONSE: The Government pays for parts once they are installed and inspected. Due to the short duration of this contract, progress payments are not anticipated.

16. How many feet of new wire will have to be run?

WARB RESPONSE: That is for the contractor to determine. The gate opening is 16’ per E002.

17. Can we use existing underground cable for the new devices?

WARB RESPONSE: See SOW Para 4.2
