About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) appendix that details the contractor's submittal requirements for the maintenance and repair of fire protection systems at Aviano and Ghedi Air Bases in Italy. The key requirements include weekly, monthly, and quarterly ITM (Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance) service reports, smoke detector cleaning reports, part history summaries, work order trackers, and various other metrics and operational plans. The submittals must be provided on specific timelines, ranging from the start of service to 10 working days after contract award. The contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for a firm-fixed price contract for fire protection system maintenance and repair services to be acquired using FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items, with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures governing the competitive acquisition process.
