Question 1: L. 2.3 – Redacted Copies - and Electronic Redacted Copies: It’s only applies to electronic redacted copies? What do you mean for “redacted electronic copy” – one CD without the name of the Company on the cover or what?

Answer 1: In accordance with Solicitation L.2.3. “A redacted copy removes all direct references that can identify an offeror by name or other easily recognizable characteristic. The redacted copy will be used during source selection procedures as detailed in Section M of the solicitation.”

In addition, Table L2.2. states that each of the 5 volumes comprising the proposal shall contain 1 electronic original (un-redacted) and 1 redacted electronic copy.

In accordance with Solicitation L.2.2 Offeror shall submit all volumes in electronic format, using CD/DVDs.

The CD/DVDs can be labeled on the cover with the offeror’s name.

Question 2: L. 3.3.1 – Historical Chamber of Commerce documentation: We have the Original Chamber of Commerce’s Certificate translate in English but the Historical one is only in Italian language. Do we have to translate it? Because the Chamber of Commerce hasn’t it in English.

Answer 2: Please see L.2.10 Language. “All proposal documentation in response to this solicitation must be submitted in the English language to include summary translation of official and certified documents not originated in English (i.e. SOA, DURC, CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CERTIFICATE etc.)”.

Question 3: L. 3.3.4 - Financial Reports: What do you mean for “statutory declaration containing a breakdown of all the projects performed in the last four years”. It’s enough that we taking the data from the financial statements and declare how much the turnover is for works as a percentage of the total one.

Answer 3: L.3.3.4 requires offeror to submit, in addition to the financial reports, an itemized breakdown of all the projects performed in the related years; The combination of the two documents shall prove that at least 75% of the offeror’s annual revenue was obtained through works performed under SOA category OG3 and/or OS26.

Question 4: L.3.3.5 - Financial Letter – “Performance Bond”: it’s possible to provide a written assurance letter from a primary Insurance Company instead of a Financial Institution because only the leading Insurance Companies are specialized in issuing this type of guarantee (Assicurazioni Generali, Reale MutuaAssicurazioni, Allianz etc.). Can you provide a sample letter?

Answer 4: Assurance letter shall come from a Financial Institution. Please see below sample
