About this file

This document is Amendment 4 to a federal contract solicitation, containing a Questions & Answer document dated 27 August 2025. The amendment addresses three key questions from potential contractors: (1) regarding a site visit, the government has already conducted one site visit and will only consider additional visits if further requests are received; (2) clarifying that the estimated quantities in Table C1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are for a one-year period; and (3) confirming that invoicing will occur monthly on a fixed basis, regardless of the actual quantity of material serviced during that month. The document instructs contractors to use Table C1 to estimate competitive unit and total pricing throughout the contract period.

AMENDMENT 4

ATTACHMENT 4 – QUESTIONS & ANSWER DOCUMENT

27 AUGUST 2025

Question 1: Since the due date is moved to Sep 17th, is it possible to get an another site visit?

At this point, the Government hosted one site visit and is not planning to host an additional one. However, we will re-evaluate this decision if we receive further requests for a site visit.

Question 2: Are the quantities stated on the last page of PWS in 'TABLE C1 – ESTIMATED QUANTITIES OF WORKLOAD' for one year or for the entire duration of contract?

The estimated quantities listed in Table C1 of the PWS are for a period of one year.

Question 3: In accordance with the second page of the solicitation, there is a pricing list with the “Unit” column marked 'months.’ Does that mean this job will be paid on a monthly basis, regardless of quantities removed?

Yes, invoicing will occur on a monthly basis, regardless of the quantity of material serviced during that month. Contractors are responsible for estimating a competitive unit and total price using Table C1 to estimate costs effectively throughout the contract period.
