Questions Received 20 January 2021

1. How do we price the items as requested?

a. Contractors are expected to submit catalogs (including pricing of items offered) as well as completing the CLIN structure outlined on page 3 of the solicitation in accordance with the instructions. The catalog itself will not be evaluated based on a summation of the priced items offered, it is considered a technical factor- but the Government still requires price information. CLIN information has been updated with changes highlighted in yellow for Amendment 1 dated 25 January 2021.

2. Lines 0001, 0002 and 0004 are usually included and not charged for, happy to put these in as zero costs.

a. If there is no additional charge outside of the prices per item within a catalog, then please input zero costs and reiterate/annotate why in your quote to be clear.

3. Line 0003 – custom furniture design, something we are happy to do, but as each piece will be a custom piece we would price each one individually – so do not know how to respond to this (for this document)?

a. This CLIN has been removed with Amendment 1 to the solicitation due to potential out-of-scope concerns with not being able to price things up front.

4. Line 0005 – incidentals, install/removal. Installations are included and not charged separately for (unless it is out of normal business hours, and this could then be priced, but it would depend on quantity etc) Removal and disposal of existing furniture is also available,(but not sure if this is what you mean?) but would depend on quantity, items etc, so again I am struggling to know how to respond for this document?

a. If there is no additional charge outside of the prices per item within a catalog, then put zero costs and annotate why in your quote. Furniture removal CLIN has been updated to say that this CLIN should not be priced right now, and will be priced on individual calls as needed if the Government requires furniture removal.

5. NB – if it is just for SOW 3.8, I would expect this to be included and not charged for, Re: SOW 3.7 relocation services, to price this we would need to know what was needed to be relocated to enable us to price it.

a. See above answer.

6. Also regarding the priced catalog – would you be expecting this to be complete and submitted for the 11th February?4

a. Yes, per the solicitation we require a catalog with complete pricing information on what contractors can provide to be submitted by the end of the solicitation. Due date has been pushed back to 22 February 2021.
