FA557017Q0016 - SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS
A site visit will be conducted for this requirement. There will be a site visit at RAF Fairford on 13 June 2017 at 10.00 (10:00 A.M.).
Bidders/Offerors wishing to attend, shall submit the following to TSgt Reid Blosser at reid.blosser.1@us.af.mil and to 501csw.rco@us.af.mil NLT 12 July 2017 at 15.00 (3:00 P.M.).
· names of all attendees (not to exceed 3)
· vehicle registration, make, model and colour.
This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. All attendees must bring photographic identification that is valid and current. Expired ID will not be accepted.
Bidders/Offerors are requested to submit questions to the point of contact noted above not later than 3 business days after site visit. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.
A record of the conference shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors. The record should include minutes of the meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
