1. (PWS) Does the contractor need to maintain the height of particular trees at 15 ft (4.5m)?

a. The contractor is required to trim the tress up to 15 ft if it poses public safety or threats to structures or buildings.

2. (Price Exhibit) on the bottom part, there is an item called maintain Semi-Improved grounds MUNS Area Visual Area. Are MUNS areas part of this solicitation?

a. No. MUNS area is not required under this solicitation. This is a typo. The corrected Price Exhibit is uploaded.

3. Does this solicitation require a licensed person such as Zoen-Seko-Kanri-Gishi?

a. No. However, current or past performance should reflect this capability in lieu of the license.

4. (Solicitation) Will the government provide a template/form for a financial institution reference sheet?

a. FAR 52.212-1(c)(H)(I)(6), financial institution reference sheet is not applicable.
