Q2: Is there a set schedule for service?

A2: No, there is no regular schedule for service. Service is scheduled when it is deemed necessary.

Q12: When do you provide drawings and exact bldg. numbers? (Is it only Kadena AB or are there other camp?)

A12: We are providing drawings of the three types of systems that will be a part of the requirement on www.fbo.gov shortly. Please monitor the solicitation posting. There is no pre-set schedule of cleanings to be accomplished, so exact building numbers will be released to the successful contractor as a part of the scheduling process. The requirement is for all Military Family Housing on the island of Okinawa, so work will be performed at several bases.

Q13: Do we need any certifications/commercial registrations?

A13: Register on the System for Award Management (SAM) via www.acquisition.gov as the solicitation instructs. There are no professional certifications required per FAR 52.212-2 in the solicitation.

Q14: Does the unit price include service calls? (ex, Do we need to deal with any trouble due to deterioration/aging?)

A14: The contractor will only deal with cleaning. If an issue is encountered prior to work, the contractor should contact the COR. The Government handles all service calls.
