RFI #2 – Please see below for answers to questions that were submitted by potential vendors.

Answers below are identified by **.

6. (Continued from RFI #1) How are you wanting to communicate with the signs? The RFP specs Hard wire (data cable) or wireless, but from other projects I have done for the military, they usually don't want wireless as it can allow an access point for a security breach.

**We need a WIRED solution for communication with the signs. We will need the same communication method as-is on the existing signs, a plug on the side of the sign where we can plug in and update.

1. Although the Dot Pitch of 20mm RGB is still available, but I recommend that the specification to be revised to 10mm as Dot Pitch of 20mm are old technology and parts may not be readily available in the future.

**The requirement is changed to signs with a Dot Pitch of 10mm.

2. Currently, the two marquee at the front gate are the same size, while the marquee in the flight line is slightly taller by 6 inches. I would recommend that the specifications be revised so that all three marquees reflect the size of the one near the front gate. This will allow easier servicing in terms of parts in the future as they are all the same units.

**The sizes of the signs will remain the same as in the original request.
