BPA Terms and Conditions – Hotel Lodging Services

This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) establishes terms for hotel lodging services available on an as-needed basis during the period of May 14, 2026 through September 30, 2026. The BPA carries a master limitation of $349,999.00 USD, with individual calls capped at $349,999.00 USD unless approved by the contracting officer. Only the contracting office is authorized to place calls against the BPA via electronic means (email). The contractor must provide an approved price list with prices firm for a minimum of one month, and prices charged to the US Government must be as low as or lower than those charged the contractor's most favored customer, plus any prompt payment discounts, exclusive of added value tax and prepaid tax.

All services performed under this BPA require delivery tickets in triplicate (original and two copies) containing specified information including contractor name, BPA number, call date and number, description of services, quantity, unit price, total price with applicable discounts, and service performance date. The contractor must submit summary invoices upon call expiration identifying covered delivery tickets with supporting documentation. Payment is made via Electronic Funds Transfer or Government Purchase Card in US Dollars or local currency after completion of services by authorized personnel. The US Government bears no obligation beyond authorized calls actually placed. Partial performance is prohibited unless authorized by the contracting officer. Either party may withdraw with three calendar days' written notice, though this does not relieve performance obligations for previously issued and accepted calls. The Government reserves the unilateral right to cancel the BPA with written notice.
