About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the Falcon Feeder contract opportunity. The document addresses vendor inquiries regarding shipping logistics, equipment specifications, and procurement requirements for food service equipment.
Key clarifications include: vendors may ship equipment through Tracy Depot rather than providing direct shipping; the steamer must be specified as 208v/3ph with either 50Hz or 50/60Hz capability; only the griddle is required without a refrigerated base; delivery only is needed, with CES responsible for installation of equipment requiring wiring; and the warmer has no brand requirement as long as specifications meet stated requirements regarding size and electrical compatibility. These responses establish the technical and logistical parameters for vendor proposals on this procurement.
