Amendment to Solicitation FA520526Q0031
This document is Amendment 0001 to a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation issued by the United States Air Force, FA5205, effective 10 August 2026. The amendment extends the response due date from 20 August 2026 to 2000 EST on 3 September 2026 (0900 JST on 4 September 2026) and solidifies the mandatory site visit date to 0800 JST on 25 August 2026. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Interested parties must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the new response deadline through one of three methods: completing and returning the amendment form, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or via separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
The solicitation pertains to Wi-Fi network service installation and requires offerors to submit four separate proposal parts: (1) Summary and Miscellaneous Data (SF 1449 completion); (2) Technical Proposal limited to five pages addressing an Execution Plan factor evaluated on acceptable/unacceptable basis; (3) Past Performance documentation listing 2-5 recent relevant projects involving Wi-Fi network installation with contract values exceeding $100,000 USD completed within the past ten years; and (4) Price Proposal with unit prices and extended amounts for each Contract Line-Item Number. The mandatory site visit on 25 August 2026 requires RSVP by 20 August 2026 to the government points of contact (Lt Min Kang and Lt Kade Forrester) with attendee information including full name, email address, phone number, and base access requirements. Offerors intending to submit a quotation must attend the site visit; failure to do so renders the quotation ineligible for award. All questions must be submitted in Excel format to the POCs by 0900 JST on 13 August 2026, and responses will be provided via SAM amendment. Electronic proposals must be submitted to min.kang.10@us.af.mil and kade.forrester.1@us.af.mil by the response deadline with no zip files accepted.
