About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ FA500426Q0001 issued on January 26, 2026. The document does not address specific required products or services, pricing, response dates, or award dates. Rather, it provides clarifications on contract background and administrative matters related to a reacquisition.
The RFQ represents a reacquisition of services previously performed under contract FA500420C0017 (ACU Maintenance). The incumbent contractor is Multivariable Systems Tech (MVS-Tech) LLC, which performed under a base year plus four option year contract estimated at $613,420.00. The current RFQ structure differs, utilizing a base year plus two option years with pricing to be determined. Key clarifications include confirmation that the OSHA Voluntary Protection Program is not explicitly required under the Performance Work Statement, only compliance with OSHA regulations; no site visits are planned at this time; and historical data indicates four repairs were conducted over the duration of the current contract. The previous contract involved maintenance services at Eielson Air Force Base.
