Q1) What is the bore size on the actuators?
A1) The cylinder bores size is unknown. The outside diameters appear to be about 10 inches each. See attached photos.

Q2) Regarding the condenser tubing on the Eddy- What is the measurement on the outside diameter?
A2) There is no information available to answer this question.
Q3) Is a bid bond required? If so, how much and any details?
A3) Yes there is a bid bond requirement. See the amended solicitation with clause 52.228-1 for bid guarantee requirements.
Q4) Is a drop off code through DoD safe required or can bids be emailed directly?
A4) Section L instructions shall be followed. DoD SAFE will be used to control electronic bidding submissions. However, 354 CONS will accept bids sent directly to the Solicitation POCs.
