Can you provide a complete tank list?

The complete tank list can be found in Appendix 3 of Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement

Are Different tanks tested each year? Please define the schedule.

The following ADEC tanks are due in 2025: 189, 393, 394, 395, 396, 394, 100, 363, 250, 251, 252, 253, 57, 364, 90, 92, 18, 11, 391, 39, 325, 337, 186, 187, 146, 29, 24, 405.

Detail the type of cathodic protection for each tank (glvanci/impressed) Tanks, 29, 34, & 391 have impressed current Is there a current contract for this service? Who is the incumbent? If there is not a current contract, how has this work been performed?

There is no service contract the work was performed by government employees

Can you provide a copy of recent test reports for each tank?

State of Alaska and 673 CES/CEIEC have copies of last inspections conducted.
