SPECIFICATION SHEET
Mountain Home AFB, ID Vehicle Maintenance Rotary Screw Air Compressor 12 August, 2022
1. GENERAL: The 366th Logistics Readiness Squadron located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires one (1) Rotary Screw Air Compressor.
2. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: The Compressor must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics:
2.1. Physical Characteristics
2.1.1. Must be a minimum of 50 HP configuration.
2.1.2. Capable of providing a minimum of 200 PSI at 150 CFM.
2.1.3. Must be capable of monitoring key operating parameters and simultaneously adapting to increase efficiency.
2.1.4. Footprint must not exceed. 76” x 42” x 60”
2.1.5. Must not exceed 70 dBA during normal operations.
2.1.7. Power supply must be traditional US standard 230V.
2.2. WARRANTY
2.2.1. The Contractor shall include any applicable warranty concurrent with industry standards?
3. INSTALLATION: The Contractor may include a separate or optional quoted price for installation services. The price of installation will not be included in the determination or consideration of quotations.
3.1. The Contractor shall install all requested equipment in accordance with (IAW) manufacturer’s specifications.
3.2. The Contractor shall ensure proper operation of the installed equipment.
3.3. Any equipment not functioning properly IAW manufacture’s specifications shall be diagnosed and repaired by the Contractor.
3.4. The Contractor shall ensure cleanliness of Government facility is maintained at all times.
3.5. The Government will inspect facility for cleanliness prior to Contractor’s departure.
3.6. Any damage done to Government property by the Contractor shall be repaired by the Contractor at the Contractor’s expense.
4. TRAINING: If training is an option, the contractor shall coordinate training with government personnel to allow max participation.
4.1. Following completion of installation by purchaser, the Contractor shall provide technical support if there are any issues either by telephone or in person.
5. SPECIFICS:
5.1. Shipping must be included in the quotation.
5.1.1. Contractor shall deliver to Vehicle Maintenance – 285 Aardvark Ave. BLDG 1100, Mountain Home AFB ID, 83648
5.1.2. Delivery will be no later than 60 days after date of contract (ADC).
