Subject: Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

Product or Service Code: 4310 Compressors and Vacuum Pumps.

Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Resulting contract will be firm-fixed-price.

The solicitation number is FA489722QC065 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07.

The acquisition is a total small business set aside under NAICS 333912 with small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The Government is requesting quotes for the following line items:

0001 Quantity 1 each rotary screw air compressor meeting all minimum specifications.

Date of delivery: 60 days after receipt of order.

Place of delivery: 366 LRS Vehicle Maintenance, attention Michael Barrett, 285 Aardvark Avenue, Building 1100, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648.

FOB point: Destination.

The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Addendum: Responses must include all unit each and total quantity pricing, product specifications, warranty, and delivery lead-time information necessary for the Government to evaluate and determine acceptability. All minimum specifications must be met to be considered acceptable. Compressor unit each and total quantity pricing must be inclusive of shipping and handling to the end-user at Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648. Submit responses to jeremy.hemington.1@us.af.mil.

Evaluation: The Government will evaluate responses by conducting a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), comparing one quote another, to identify from all quotations one that is suitable to the user and represents the best value to the Government considering price, product specifications and warranty, delivery lead time, availability of installation and start-up. Example, while this request for quote is specific to the air compressor itself, the Government may determine that it is more advantageous to select a higher priced quote if installation and/or start-up services are quoted.

It is advised that responses include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alternate I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
