About this file

This document contains questions from the Air Force regarding a request for information on optimizing the human weapon system. The Air Force is seeking information on the offeror's experience providing similar medical services to over 100 full-time employees across more than 12 domestic and foreign locations. It requests a description of relevant past performance on contracts of comparable complexity, scope, qualifications and scale from the last three years. The draft performance work statement identifies a firm-fixed-price level-of-effort contract with five specific tasks to decrease neck and back pain in fighter pilots. Offerors are asked to provide an effective and cost-efficient mix of professionals to fulfill these services, such as athletic trainers, strength coaches and massage therapists.
