Market Research Questionnaire

Fixed-Wing Heavy Airlift/ Medium Fixed-Wing Airlift Services

Draft Solicitation Number: FA4890-14-R-0005

Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management Integration Center (ACC AMIC), Langley

AFB VA, anticipates procuring a follow-on contract for the provision of services for North

Warning System Fixed-Wing Heavy Airlift/ Medium Fixed-Wing Airlift Services with performance in Canada. As part of the Government’s continuous information exchange with

Industry while formulating the acquisition strategy, the Government requests your assistance with the questions below:

1) Include suggested contract type for this type of work.

2) Submit evidence of experience and ability to provide program management of a large multi-platform and technically complex North Warning System Fixed-Wing Heavy Airlift/

Medium Fixed-Wing Airlift Service type contract.

3) Include information on your company’s technical and financial abilities that will allow you to meet the requirements of a program of this magnitude. Refer to the Draft Performance

Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 2).

4) Include evidence of your company’s ability to provide program management for similar type services IAW the Draft PWS.

5) Address the up-front capital investment and the company’s ability to: 1) Hire and maintain qualified personnel; 2) Obtain proper equipment; 3) Quality Control capabilities to meet the Government’s inspection/quality requirements.

6) Advise whether or not this is the appropriate break out for the zones and type of airlift services associated with the entire system.
