4. Would the Government please indicate whether a digital submission of the proposal to Ms.
Aranda and Ms. Lackey by email is acceptable, and if not, to please provide clarification as to the method of proposal submission?
Proposals can be submitted in three different ways. The first (and preferred method) is to submit proposals via the Solicitation module in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
After clicking the link in SAM.gov (https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=FA488722R0017), it will take you to the Solicitation module where you will be able to submit your response with attachments to the solicitation. You must have access to this module within your PIEE account and have the solicitation role. This way of submission is time stamped and allows for large files without the fear of blocked emails due to firewalls.
The other two options to submit proposals, is either via the Contracting Communication Module (CCM) in PIEE or via email. If submitting via the CCM module in PIEE please ensure to insert the Contracting Office Location Code FA4887, add jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil and sara.lackey.2@us.af.mil in the email addresses section, and reference Solicitation FA488722R0017– Washer/Dryer Lease Services in the Subject Line. If submitting via email send to jacqueline.aranda.1@us.af.mil and sara.lackey.2@us.af.mil and reference Solicitation FA488722R0017– Washer/Dryer Lease Services in the Subject Line.
