Q: Is there an existing video switching system? If so, what is it?

A: No, there is no existing video switching system.

Q: Is there an existing DSP? If so, what?

A: No, there is not an existing DSP

Q: Is there an existing rack we are reusing? If so, how large and where is it located?

A: There is not an existing rack. However, we do have an AV cabinet located in the room.

Q: No existing equipment needs to be removed by contractor, correct?

A: Correct, no existing equipment will need removed.

Q: Does the government want existing projector and projection screen integrated with the new system? Or removed because of the two 75-inch monitors.

A: No, the projector and screen do not need integrated. They will remain in the room for NIPR use.

Q: Does the room require countermeasures because you’re adding SIPR?

A: No

Q: Do we need to follow STIG, TEMPEST and JTIC requirements, when design the new system?

A: No

Q: How high is the ceiling? Is it a drop ceiling with 2x2 ceiling tiles?

A: Ceiling is 9 feet with 2x2 drop ceiling tiles.

Q: Does the room currently have a location for equipment? Equipment rack, Podium that holds equipment, credenza with equipment rack, etc.

A: 15”x39”x23” AV cabinet
