FA485524Q0045 – Furniture installation

1. You show a price for Clarus Freight, but we don’t see any Clarus on your products called out. Can you provide what you wish to get from Clarus?

Answer: Clarus was a typo on the quote, and we will not have anything providing from them. The line should just say “Freight.”

2. There is a line item for Electrician, is that to tie in the new power poles to existing electrical?

Answer: The quote for the Electrician is for adding to the existing electrical. The current setup will not be sufficient to handle the load of the workstations being installed.

3. Will the removal of old product have to go to DRMO or will we just dispose of it?

If going to DRMO is that on base?

Answer: The vendor will be disposing of the existing product.

4. Do you have any pictures, descriptions or quantities of the existing furniture that is to be removed?

Answer: We will have approximately 18-20 desks with average dimensions of 24-36” W x 60-72” L.

5. Does the installation require any stair carry.

Answer: There are no stairs in our building.

6. How far is the electrical room away from the work area?

Answer: There are two potential electrical rooms (circuit breaker boxes) located on the other side of the walls of the room that can be utilized. (see attached floor plan for locations)

7. How many additional outlets are needed to provide the correct amount of power for the space to bring power to these workstations.

Answer: We are estimating around 8-10 outlets need to be installed along the center of the room to facilitate power to those workstations. The workstations along the walls should not require additional outlets.
