1. What is the past award contract number?
The incumbent contract number is FA485521C0026.
2. Is there a volunteer rendering services at the base chapel?
Currently we have a contractor performing the music during mass on Sundays, and a civilian priest that we have a BPA for.
3. What is the schedule of the worship service and rehearsal times?
Catholic Mass is currently every Sunday at 1400. This is only a temporary time as our active-duty priest is deployed. It should be going back to its original time at 0930-1030, roughly around late
November. There is no specific rehearsal schedule, but rehearsals will be coordinated beforehand at a suitable time for the music director.
4. What music instruments should the Music Director be familiar with?
They should be familiar with the piano/organ.
5. Is there a volunteer accompanist available at the chapel?
There are a handful of volunteers who help with the music during the Catholic Mass. Right now, we have about 3-4 volunteers who help regularly.
6. What type of music instruments are available for use at the chapel?
We have drums, piano, and an acoustic guitar.
7. What is the size of the choir, if any?
We do not have a dedicated Catholic Choir.
8. Are there music sheets available for use at the chapel? Who will fund for the CCLI certification of the music sheets?
We do have music sheets available for use. The Air Force Chaplain Corps funds the CCLI certification for all bases.
