Specification Sheet for Procurement and Installation of Video Surveillance System for 27th Special Operations Security Forces Squadron at Cannon AFB

Minimum Camera Requirements Fixed Camera - (Qty 24)

- 16: 9 HD (1080p) resolution support or higher

- Fixed Lens

- Minimum 2 MP

- Day and night functionality

- H.264, MJPEG dual codec, multiple streaming

- Power over Ethernet capable (PoE+)

- Must be sourced from the current version of the Intrusion Detection System Equipment List maintained by the AFSFC/S4*

Fixed Camera (enclosed) – (Qty 17)

- All fixed cameras need to be IP66-rated for outdoors.

- 16: 9 HD (1080p) resolution support or higher

- Fixed Lens

- Minimum 3 MP

- Day and night functionality

- Outdoor-ready with Temperature Ratings as followed -30°C/ -22°F and up to 65°C/149°F

- H.264 video streams

- Power over Ethernet capable (PoE+)

- Must be sourced from the current version of the Intrusion Detection System Equipment List maintained by the AFSFC/S4 IAW AFI 31-101*

Fixed Camera (enclosed) – (Qty 1)

- All fixed cameras need to be IP66-rated for outdoors.

- 16: 9 HD (1080p) resolution support or higher

- 180 degree field of view

- Fixed Lens

- Minimum 3 MP

- Day and night functionality

- Outdoor-ready with Temperature Ratings as followed -30°C/ -22°F and up to 65°C/149°F

- H.264 video streams

- Power over Ethernet capable (PoE+)

- Must be sourced from the current version of the Intrusion Detection System Equipment List maintained by the AFSFC/S4 IAW AFI 31-101*

Requested workstations and monitoring.

- Include one (1) server workstation and one (1) 40” monitor with support for all new and existing eleven integrating the eleven (11) existing cameras (five (5) Pelco Sarix IMP Indoor

2 Megapixel Mini Dome and six (6) Sarix IME Indoor/Outdoor 3 Mega-Pixel Mini-Dome) and with DVR capability for 24 hours a day 7 days a week operation IAW AFI 31-101and

UFC 4022-01. The customer will provide one (1) 70” monitor for the central server workstation. Must be sourced from the current version of the Intrusion Detection System

Equipment List maintained by the AFSFC/S4 IAW AFI 31-101*.

- Include four (4) pre-configured workstations with one (1) 40” monitor with support capacity for 16 cameras IAW UFC 4022-01. Must be sourced from the current version of the

Intrusion Detection System Equipment List maintained by the AFSFC/S4 IAW AFI 31-101.*

- Include two (2) pre-configured workstations with one (1) 32” monitor each with support capacity for 4 cameras IAW UFC 4022-01. Must be sourced from the current version of the

Intrusion Detection System Equipment List maintained by the AFSFC/S4 IAW AFI 31-101.*

- Repurpose existing Digital Sentry® DSSRV2 Network Video Recorder and provide one (1)

32” monitor as CCTV system with support for four (4) cameras isolated from the CCTV network.

- Include two (2) 24” monitors mirroring camera views from a local workstation.

- Include one (1) 32” monitor offering camera views from a local workstation.

- Include one (1) privacy filter or other means to disable video feed at the camera.

- Include six (6) tamper resistant high security enclosures.

- All patch cables must meet or exceed Category 6 specifications.

*Newer models of equipment from manufacturers on the approved list meets this requirement.
