Responses to Questions for FA485519QA012 Please note: Due to computer issues, the following question was received on 21 June 2019 a 6:20 AM
1. Can the AFB provide us with a call out history? Emergency vs. nonemergency?
Response:
In 2018 and 2019 we had a total of ten (10) service repairs and zero emergency repairs.
B4619 – Elevator stopped working. Technician inspected/reset elevator. No additional repairs required.
B4620 – Elevator stopped working. Technician inspected/reset elevator. No additional repairs required.
B300 – Elevator stopped working. Technician inspected/reset elevator. No additional repairs required.
B848 – Elevator stopped working. Technician inspected/reset elevator. No additional repairs required.
B128 – Elevator stopped working. Technician provided and replaced elevator controller circuit board.
B600 – Elevator works intermittently. Technician replaced broken “Up” button.
B724 – Technician replaced door gibs/adjusted door.
B208 – Troubleshoot emergency phone (sending false alarms). Technician replaced a chafed wire and residual corrosion from speaker and floor indicator circuit board.
B724 – Two (2) temporary stopped working; started working on its own. Technician adjusted doors.
