STATEMENT OF WORK
FOR SEED PROJECT (16 Oct 17)
Building 600- MPS and Manpower Sections
1.0 WORK INCLUDED: The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials, to perform miscellaneous paint work at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico.
2.0 JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare and paint walls, metal door frames of rooms described below.
Work includes wall repair to fill dents, damage, scratches and screw/nail holes, cracks and chipped corners, along with texturing, and corrections to flawed previously made repairs.
The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, the following features.
2.1 Prep/paint walls single color Sherwin Williams “Dover White” (SW6385). Sheen:
eggshell enamel or equal. Approximate surface area: 8,639 SF
2.1.1 Rooms: 1141, 1142, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031, 2035, “MSgt Barberree” (not numbered), 2036, 2036-CPI Office, 2037.
2.2 Prep/paint all metal frames to include both sides of the metal window door frame in waiting area (room 2027) to match existing brown (color could be Sherwin Williams “TanBark” (SW 6061)) Sheen: Satin or equal. Approximate surface area: 407 LF
2.3 Paint over screws/nails/anchors left in walls.
2.4 Patch, mud, tape, texture & repair minor surface damage throughout work area. This includes, but not limited to: fill in anchor/nail/screw holes, wall damage .
Approximate measurement: 431 SF
2.5 DO NOT PAINT wood window or door frames or wood doors.
3.0 HOURS OF WORK: Normal hours of work shall be from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except Federal Holidays and CAFB Safety Days .
4.0 COORDINATION OF WORK: The Contractor shall coordinate all work through the Contracting Officer or COR. The requester for this work order will be contacted when Contractor is ready to begin work.
4.1 Protection of government property. The Contractor shall protect items in work areas in accordance with Protective Coatings IDIQ SOW.
5.0 SUBMITTALS: Contractor shall adhere to Protective Coatings IDIQ specifications and submit data for all materials to be used in the performance of this delivery order.
6.0 CLEANUP AND DISPOSAL: Contractor shall secure all equipment, and tools, and store offsite so that there is no interference with the movement or operation of military equipment.
All debris shall be picked up and removed daily from job site. All paint chips are to be cleaned up prior to start of painting operations.
7.0 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
7.1 Applicable publications are listed in Appendix 1 of the Protective Coatings IDIQ
SOW.

8.0 UTILITIES:
8.1 The government will provide all necessary utilities needed to complete this project.
9.0 WORK PERFORMANCE:
9.1 All surfaces to be painted shall be properly prepped and primed. Contractor shall contact the Contracting Officer or his/her representative before starting any prep work if there are questions concerning what is to be painted.
10.0 FINAL ACCEPTANCE:
10.1 Contractor shall have all cleanup and quality control measures completed prior to calling for a final inspection, in accordance with Protective Coatings IDIQ SOW.
