About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file addressing clarifications regarding a federal contract opportunity at a U.S. Air Force Base (MAFB).
The document clarifies nine key requirements and procedural matters for the solicitation FA483026Q0029. Bonding is required, and the building will remain occupied during work. MAFB will store and return all computers, desk items, and items in cases, while all wall-mounted items must remain in place. Hallways cannot be used for storage due to fire code restrictions; alternative storage locations include storage closets, bay areas, or unoccupied offices. The single CLIN structure referenced in the solicitation attachment must be used for bidding and must encompass all labor, material, equipment, management, supervision, coordination, waste disposal, and transportation required to complete the work as described in the Statement of Work and the USAF Carpet Contract Guide. Bids must be submitted via email to both Samantha Elia and Ms. Amanda Mckaig, who are identified as points of contact on the solicitation.
