About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document associated with RFQ #FA481926Q0110 for a Portable Monitoring Receiver Bundle - PR 200 procurement. The Q&A addresses two primary inquiries from potential offerors regarding evaluation criteria and technical requirements. The first question concerns whether offerors lacking prior PR200-specific past performance can receive a neutral or acceptable rating if they can provide the exact new OEM bundle, with the answer directing offerors to refer to updated evaluation factors in the addendum to RFO 52.212-2 for clarification on past performance requirements and award eligibility. The second question addresses whether Statement of Work requirements for TEMPEST, NIAP/CCEVS, FIPS, IPv6/UCR, TPM, and related certifications apply to the PR200 bundle as written or only to individual COTS components; the answer indicates these requirements are not applicable as originally written, with the SOW revised to reflect changes detailed in amendment 0001 and related attachments.
